A lot of people have mentioned to me that they’re afraid that we’re not even going to have elections in 2026 or 2028.
Are you one of those people?
Well, the governor of Illinois just came out and gave his theory for what he believes is going to happen with our upcoming elections.
Illinois Governor JB Pritzker:
“Well, the broader goal, I believe, is the militarization of major American cities before the 2026 elections.
Let me be clear about what’s going on on the streets of Chicago.
They have dressed ICE and CBP in fatigues, put them in military gear, including with automatic weapons, and had them marching up and down major streets in downtown Chicago.
It’s a signal that they’re trying to send, that it’s okay to have troops on your street, that this would be a welcome thing for people who live in Chicago.
Nobody here welcomes it, by the way.
I mean, literally, as they’re walking down the street, people are yelling at them.
But they think they can get people used to the idea. And next year, I fear. that what they’re going to do is deploy these folks eventually to polling places, and say they’re protecting the vote.”
There is no doubt in my mind, that Donald Trump is trying to get all of us, to be used to, and okay with, the presence of American troops in our cities.
I’m not sure just how far he’s going to go with this, but we all know how dangerous of a precedent this is so far.
So should we be worried about whether or not he’s going to try to interfere with the elections in 2026 and 2028?
I don’t know, you tell me…
Is this not the same president who has been disappearing people off the streets?
Who has been illegally raiding our treasury?
Who has been shutting down our government?
Who has been waging war on other countries?
Who’s been defying court orders left, right, and sideways?
Who’s been openly ignoring the Constitution?
Saying he wants to get rid of free speech?
Saying he wants to get rid of habeas corpus?
Saying he wants to get rid of birthright citizenship?
You tell me.
Whether or not you actually believe that Donald Trump will abide by a law that he does not like, because I don’t see any evidence of that.
