Looking for something to lift your spirits? How about a giant mega corporation loses an astronomically large amount of money in less than a week, after a worldwide backlash following their censorship of Jimmy Kimmel.

Earlier this week, Disney removed Jimmy Kimmel for a joke he made about Donald Trump’s reaction to Charlie Kirk’s murder.

Following the show, the FCC chair made a television appearance where he openly threatened the network with removing them from the air, if Kimmel did not apologize & personally donate to the right-wing foundation, Turning Point USA.

Kimmel declined & Disney informed him his show would be removed off the ABC airwaves (Disney owns ABC) indefinitely.

Since then, massive backlash has begun online, where droves of accounts called on their followers to cancel their subscriptions to Disney +, Hulu, & ESPN.

Combining losses from their falling stock price & lost revenue from canceled subscriptions, Disney has lost close to $4 Billion in less than a week.

Take that newly freed up money & invest into independent media. Now more than ever, we need to take money away from corporate media & invest into voices we can trust.

Until next time,
