Here Are The 7 Democrats Who Voted To Increase ICE Funding - Let's Primary Them
Any Democrat that is for ICE, is against the rest of us
UPDATE: Since I originally posted this article, I have effectively ratioed one of the 7 Democrats on Threads. Scroll to the bottom of this post to see.

First and foremost, allow me to start with Hakeem Jeffries. While he voted no himself, on the increase of ICE funding, I place a large portion of the blame on him.
He is the leader of this party & it’s obvious (so many times over), that he has no control over the House Democrats. I was never a big fan of Nancy Pelosi, but she would never allow the caucus to be fragmented as it’s been under his “leadership”.
There was also reports that he DIDN’T EVEN TRY TO WHIP VOTES.
So, this goes beyond terrible leadership. This feels more like a calculated decision on his part.
We deserve a real opposition party & it shouldn’t look like this.
For those who weren’t aware of today’s vote, here’s a brief description from NBC News:
A small band of moderate House Democrats teamed with Republicans on Thursday to pass a bill to fund the Department of Homeland Security, overcoming a revolt by most Democrats furious about ICE’s aggressive operations in Minneapolis and other U.S. cities.
The vote was 220-207, with seven Democrats breaking with their party and voting yes. The House also passed a separate package of bills to fund other federal agencies in a broad, bipartisan vote in a bid to avert a partial government shutdown on Jan. 31.
Now here’s the part you’re probably the most interested in. The list of the 7 Democrats that choose to continue to fund Trump’s Gestapo.
1. Tom Suozzi - New York - 3rd District
2. Henry Cuellar - Texas - 28th District
3. Don Davis - North Carolina - 1st District
4. Laura Gillen - New York - 4th District
5. Jared Golden - Maine - 2nd District
6. Vicente Gonzalez Jr. - Texas - 34th District
7. Marie Glusenkamp Perez - Washington - 3rd District
UPDATE 1/25: Since originally posting this article a few days ago, I have successfully ratioed Congresswoman Perez on Threads.
If you live in those districts - let’s primary these members & get them out of Congress. We can no longer tolerate politicians that approve of ICE & their tactics.
Until next time,
Desmond

Do you agree that we should primary Democrats that voted to increase ICE funding? Please share your thoughts in the comments below.
I think yes, starting with these seven. Democrats play this game of picking among them to vote for unpopular legislation in order to pass it but not take the heat. These 7 were probably considered “safe” it’s time people showed them they’re not.
