I know this feels like small ball, but these are the stories that give me hope. We shouldn't have to feel powerless in the face of climate change. There are some things we can do, independent of the federal government. And some action being taken is better than going into a doom cycle about how we have no power.

For every year of my life I plant a tree. 🌲 76 now planted over my 2 properties. It is no small thing to plant a tree. It will give back to you in so many ways. Cleans air provides shade controls erosion gives wildlife food & shelter & nesting places. Mayor Mamdani is to be commended for leading the way on climate change preparations while Trump takes away our clean air & water standards gives polluters free reign unprotects our endangered wildlife & bans our most sustainable energy programs. The sooner we get rid of that corrupt old bastard & his ass kissing repub enablers the better. Vote like your life depends on it because it does.
Imagine if every politician actually thought about the people and their problems instead of focusing on issues that should not even matter to them (I.e. our “unalienable rights, including Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness”), then we would have a “great country” again!
