Should We Boycott Companies Airing ICE Ads?
If so, here is the list ⬇️
Corporate America seems to be fully onboard with MAGA’s secret police force (ICE), patrolling our streets, abducting people without warrants, detaining people indefinitely & deporting people to countries they’ve never been to.
Now, several large household companies have started airing ICE recruitment ads on their platform. Some with a chilling message attached that says “fulfill your mission”.
I have one simple question for you…
Should we boycott these companies?
If you answered “yes” to the above question, I now present you with a list of the companies running ICE ads on their platforms:
Hulu
Pandora
Peacock
HBO MAX
Spotify
YouTube
LinkedIn
Share this post with your friends and family. Tell them these companies are running ICE recruitment ads.

Earlier I was having a discussion with another content creator about how much is too much, in regards to how often we should make posts on platforms.
While we were talking about a variety of different platforms, I kept coming back to my confusion with this one. Substack has been a challenging place for me to understand.
On one hand, it feels like I could drop posts 5 or 6 times a day with how much news there is out there, but I assumed that would be incredibly overwhelming to receive that many daily emails.
Yet…
I couldn’t help but notice that that is how often Meidas Touch posts on this platform & they have over 800,000 subscribers with over 10,000 paying subscribers.
Those are HUGE numbers.
Which begs two questions:
If getting 5 or 6 emails a day was overwhelming, why are they so successful?
What is it about their platform that has driven so many people to sign up as paying members?
I just recently hit 70 paying subscribers on here, & that’s been a huge blessing to me, but it’s a long way away from a number I would need to do this work fulltime (which would be a dream).
I guess I’m just wondering if everyone would find it more valuable if they were receiving more posts a day, or if there are particular types of posts that they would prefer?

On a separate note - I wanted to thank everyone who has been leaving comments on our recent posts. I really appreciate everyone that's trying to open conversations that way. I think hearing each other's opinions definitely helps us feel less isolated.
I am. Cancelled my Huff Post as soon as I saw ad there. Also emailed them to let them know why I cancelled.
