Trump Officially Tries To Rig 2026 Election With New Mail-In Voting Restriction - Oregon & Arizona Pledge Legal Challenge
We all knew it was coming & we need to defeat this
Earlier today, credibly accused predator Donald Trump, issued an executive order tightening restrictions on mail-in voting across the country.
Here’s some information that was reported earlier by CNN:
President Donald Trump signed an executive order Tuesday that seeks to task the federal government – through the US Postal Service – with determining who receives a mail ballot.
The executive order is Trump’s latest attempt to unilaterally shape how elections are run. It comes as legislation he’s championed requiring new citizenship verification measures to register to vote has floundered in the Senate, and as courts have pushed back on other aggressive attempts by the administration to inject itself in the voting process – a job the Constitution largely gives to the states.
Election experts told CNN the order is likely to be blocked in court, and that it would trample over the procedures set by states for absentee voting. Voter advocates and state election chiefs have already signaled they plan to sue over the directive.
The order directs the Department of Homeland Security, with the assistance of the Social Security Administration, to use various federal databases to assemble a list of adult citizens that states can then compare to their voter roles.
The US Postal Service, in the meantime, is instructed only to transmit ballots for states that have provided the federal government a list of its eligible mail voters 60 days before the election and that have met several requirements for making their mail ballots compatible with USPS’ automated tracking service.
The order purports to be invoking a constitutional authority for the “federal government” to “guarantee a republican form of Government to every State in the Union.”
First, let me say this - I am 35 years old. My first time voting was in the 2008 Presidential election, where I voted by mail in the state of Montana. Since then, I have voted by mail in every single election in my life. I have never voted in person.
Voting by mail is safe. He knows that & he doesn’t care. His team took 64 cases to court after the 2020 election & he lost 63 of the 64. The only case he won, allowed his poll watchers to get closer to the folks counting the ballots.
That’s it.
The found NO election fraud.
No proof of a giant conspiracy.
Nothing.
Trump has had 6 years to provide the proof of election fraud that he claims is so rampant & he has never produced it.
This has never been about fraud. This has always been about the margins.
With our country being as divided as it is politically, he knows, that the best way to win, is to attack the margins.
You deploy ICE to polling sites to scare some people away
You shut down polling sites, so people get frustrated and go home
You change ID laws, knowing it will lead to a few people getting frustrated and deciding not to vote
You attack mail-in voting to frustrate people into not voting
Each thing individually won’t have a massive effect, but together, the hope is it’ll be enough to save them this year. That’s the plan. Attack the margins.
I’m sickened watching this happen & I hope that somehow this is struck down in court.
We have a deranged lunatic in the White House & he does not care about anything, but maintaining his grip on power.

Israel's defense minister said the military will keep southern Lebanon permanently - Hundreds of thousands of Lebanese won't be allowed to return. All homes near the border will be demolished ‘in accordance with the model in Gaza’. Human Rights Watch has said that similar statements by Katz in the past week could amount to forced displacement and wanton destruction, which are war crimes.
In an interview on Sunday with LBCI, an Israeli military spokesperson, Maj Doron Spielman, said that “every home in southern Lebanon, the Shiite homes, are command centres”. Reported by the Guardian
France joins Spain & Italy in preventing US from using airspace & bases to carry out military operations in Iran - Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez had already called for an end to the war, saying earlier this month, "You cannot respond to one illegality with another, because that's how humanity's great disasters begin. This was made perfectly clear to the American military and forces from the very beginning," Defense Minister Margarita Robles said. "Therefore, neither the bases are authorized, nor, of course, is the use of Spanish airspace authorized for any actions related to the war in Iran." A White House official told Newsweek that the United States did not need "help from Spain or anyone else," adding that the "United States military is meeting or surpassing all of its goals under Operation Epic Fury." Federal judge has blocked the construction of Trump's White House ballroom until Congress approves it
U.S. District Judge Richard Leon granted a request for a preliminary injunction by the National Trust for Historic Preservation, a nonprofit organization that brought a lawsuit alleging Trump exceeded his authority when he razed the historic East Wing and launched construction on the new building. "Where does this leave us? Unfortunately for Defendants, unless and until Congress blesses this project through statutory authorization, construction has to stop!" Leon wrote in his order, referring to the administration. Reported by Reuters
Medicaid cuts from “Big, Beautiful, Bill” threaten to close up to 400 hospitals - The Medicaid cuts come in phases, with more significant changes, including work requirements, in 2027 and limits on how states raise funds in 2028. Overall, the law is expected to reduce federal Medicaid funding by roughly $1 trillion over the next decade. The analysis draws on hospital financial data from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services from 2022 through 2024, covering about 95% of U.S. hospitals. The group defined at-risk hospitals as those in which Medicaid and other low-income government programs made up at least 20% of revenue and that have been operating at a loss in recent years. Federal judge permanently blocks Trump order to end funding for PBS & NPR - A federal judge permanently blocked the Trump administration from enforcing a directive to cut federal funding for NPR and PBS. U.S. District Judge Randolph Moss ruled that President Donald Trump’s order was unlawful, writing that the First Amendment “does not tolerate viewpoint discrimination and retaliation of this type.” He added, “It is difficult to conceive of clearer evidence that a government action is targeted at viewpoints that the President does not like and seeks to squelch.” The White House disputed the ruling. Spokesperson Abigail Jackson said in a statement it was “a ridiculous ruling by an activist judge attempting to undermine the law,” adding, “NPR and PBS have no right to receive taxpayer funds, and Congress already voted to defund them. The Trump Administration looks forward to ultimate victory on the issue.”

Trump knows in a free and fair election, the Republicans are gonna get rolled this year. He's doing everything in his power to rig this election
Marc Elias from Democracy Docket will be fighting Trump over the ballot issue in court and as always, will win.
