Here Are The 12 Democrats That Support Dismantling ICE - Let's Support Them

These are the few that seem to understand how the base is feeling

First and foremost, I almost decided to have today’s post focus on the fact that Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer said earlier today, that if Republicans “meet our demands”, he was fine with funding ICE again.

What are those “demands” you might ask? I know plenty of people still see Senator Schumer as a “well intentioned” guy, who just doesn’t understand how operate in this new environment…

Let me list his requests & then I’ll address that last point.

Simply:

ICE should have warrants
They need better “ethics”
They should not be wearing masks
They should have on body cameras

Here’s the BIG problem with Sebator Schumer’s “demands” - some of these laws are already in place…

The government isn’t supposed to be able to abduct people off the streets without a warrant, that right is already enshrined in the Constitution, and they are doing it anyway.

“Ethics” isn’t going to stop these people from terrorizing our streets. Not wearing masks won’t stop them from detaining people indefinitely, torturing them, and trafficking them to a country they’ve never been to before, to be placed into a concentration camp.

Body cameras won’t stop them from k*lling people. As we saw the CNN footage of an agent with a body camera, attempt to k*ll a woman in Minnesota, shooting her 5 times.

This is a lawless agency, that cannot exist inside of a country that claims to be “free” & have a “rule of law”.

Thankfully, some inside the Democratic Party are starting to understand this, and have called for the agency to be torn down completely. Here are the 12 Democrats calling for ICE to be dismantled:
